Wi-fi
In Nordstan, you get an hour’s free internet access. Turn on your wi-fi and choose the Telia wi-fi network. Then follow the instructions.
Toilets
In Nordstan there are several toilets: Toalett & Lounge in Lilla Klädpressaregatan, in Femman, in Åhléns City and McDonald’s. Available for all, and/or equipped with changing tables. In Åhléns City and Femman you will find a baby room where parents and children can relax and get a well-deserved energy boost. Here you can find a changing table, toilet and microwave oven.
Cash machines
In Nordstan you will find plenty of cash machines where you can withdraw money. These are located behind the Information Desk, on Postgatan outside SEB, and on Lilla Klädpressaregatan next to Clas Ohlson.
Lost & found
Found items are sent directly to the police. We refer all questions about lost things to the Police / Hittegodscentralen Gothenburg
Parking
The Nordstan car park is part of the shopping centre. The car park is always open and with 2700 parking spaces divided over nine levels, you will always find a place! Parking is free of charge Mon-Sat, 18.00-22.00, and on Sundays, 09.00-22.00 (on Sundays in December, free parking only applies 18.00-22.00). You will find parking spaces for disabled visitors on level 2. There are eight of these and they are next to the lifts.
Electric car charging spaces are available on level 4. There are eight in total.
You will find the Sunfleet car pool on level 6.
Accessibility
For those with special needs
Parking – there are eight parking spaces for disabled visitors on level 2 of the car park. These are next to the lifts.
Lifts – the main lifts take you between the different levels. The lifts are marked on the overview and information boards. There are also lifts in all shops with two or more levels.
Permobil powered wheelchairs – you may travel using powered wheelchairs or Segways in Nordstan if you need to as a result of your disabilities. Make sure you carry confirmation of your disability, and please drive carefully.
Toilets – at least one toilet for disabled visitors is available at all toilet facilities.
Borrow a wheelchair – you can borrow a wheelchair at Toilet&Lounge, Nordstan.
Entrances – for those using wheelchairs, it is simplest to use one of the following entrances: Kanaltorgsgatan, the western side of Spannmålsgatan, the west and east side of Köpmansgatan, the west and east side of Postgatan and the tunnel through Postgatan that leads to the Central Station.
Dogs
You may bring dogs into Nordstan, but they must be on a leesh and may not enter the shops. An exception is made for guide dogs.
